You must your liver healthy so that it can do its job again. The liver is a place to filter the foods, clean the blood, produce bile to broke fat, saving glucose. That’s why liver was very important for human’s body.

First, avoid alcohol and smoking. As all, we know alcohol and smoke is a great combination to kill ourselves. They both are the best poison to our human’s body. Avoid food that makes you allergic, eating your allergic food will make the function of liver weaker and surprises body immune defense. Avoid food that contains fat like something fried. You also need to avoid junk food and food contained high sugar. Drink more water to detox your body from toxic. It can help liver’s work. Eat more garlic, broccoli, to raised the ability of detox. Green tea also drinks that had anti-oxidant which are good for the liver. Get the extra amount of nutrient in green vegetables. Change your habits with eating more vegetable is a great idea to keep your liver healthy. Vegetables contain many nutrients that liver needs to support it doing it work. Consume less fructose.

Fructose can be found in many foods. Like alcohol fructose also causes liver weaker if consumed frequently. Lemon and water. You could make some simple medicine to keep healthier liver. Mix lemon in a glass of water. Then drink it every morning before doing some routine activities. This medicine will help you to detox poison inside your body. So, it will really help the liver to filter from poison.
